Welcome to Les Granolas de Jenny'sonline store. Please read through our terms & conditions carefully before placing your order.
We aim to process all orders in a timely manner, but we ask for your patience in order processing.
Please note that we use various services, depending on the cost & speed of delivery required.
Orders are shipped with no signature required upon delivery. Please consider the security circumstances of your delivery address, as we cannot be held responsible for stolen parcels.
Tracking is available upon request.
We will not be held responsible for parcels that are redirected to a local post office for collection.
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate, as we cannot be held responsible for a delayed parcel due to incorrect entry of details.
Orders placed on a weekend day will be processed within the following week days, since our offices are closed at weekends.
Les Granolas de Jenny's maximum shelf life is 4.5 months from the production date. The shelf life of shipped products may vary between 1 to 4 months, depending on our inventory levels and order volumes.
We cannot be held responsible for any customs taxes charged. Any fees to this nature are the responsibility of the customer. Please refer to your home country's government website for tax & duties charges for a full breakdown.
* We ship worldwide, except to countries with stringent international shipping rules, restrictions and requirements (i.e, Australia, Canada, USA, Russia, etc.).
If taxes & customs fees are not paid on arrival, we will be unable to refund the parcel once it has been returned to us; we are only able to provide a store credit once the parcel has been received.
Please find below an estimated price list of current shipping fees, depending on weight of order (number of packets ordered) and country location.
* Orders in Switzerland are shipped with La Poste in PostPac Economy.
Any delivery date or time specified by us is a best estimate only & we will not be held liable for any loss or damage suffered through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.
Orders are subject to availability. If we are out of stock and your order is then delayed, we will inform you.
Orders will be shipped and delivered on average between 3-10 business days, depending on country. Please note that these shipping times are estimates & do not include any delays that may be caused by customs in your country. Since our postage services are external providers, we are unable to guarantee specific delivery dates or times.
For large orders (above 10 packets), we kindly ask you to send us a separate email so that we can provide you with a best estimate on delivery date and a quote on shipment fees (email: email@example.com).
3. Return & Refund Policy
If you change your mind after your order is confirmed, you cannot request any exchange or any refund.
